This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates.

Here's the gameplan:

I smash out heaps of push-ups throughout the month to inspire you to dig deep towards life-saving research and support.

Let's tackle prostate cancer together. Donate now. Because prostate cancer is killing people in our community. It's the most diagnosed cancer for blokes in NZ.

Your support helps provide research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer, along with support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to.

Day 4 and started strong

Day 4 - Today I had company doing my push-ups after a class at our Kumgang Martial Arts Taekwondo dojang. Here's the link to the video:

So far, I’ve completed 320 of 1,500 push-ups. It’s such a motivator seeing all your support in donations. If I’m able to reach my goal of $1,500, I may even increase my target number of push-ups!

As a result of the overwhelming support from all my friends and family, I have raised my target for push-ups and donations goal to 1,500 and $1,200 respectfully. I will continue to raise both as encouragement from more support. But thank you so much for all your backing so far!
