Push ups for Grant

This September I'm joining my nieces, Scarlett & Lucy, and sister, Michelle, in a fundraising challenge to support New Zealand men and their families as they battle prostate cancer.

Almost 10 years ago, my brother-in-law Grant, died aged 48 years from prostate cancer.

It's the most diagnosed cancer for men in New Zealand and the impact is huge for them and their families - something I have experienced first hand.

This September, I'm going to try and do 739 push ups (that's 24+ a day!). 739 is the number of New Zealand men that died of prostate cancer last year.

Your support helps provide research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer, along with support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more men know to get tested when they need to.

For those that know me well, this will be quite a big challenge....please support this great cause.
