Thank you to all those that were able to donate to this special cause. It will make a huge difference to those in need. The month of September has flown by, and I am stoked to reach 4000 push ups for the month. My arms are looking forward to some paddling on the surf board, and hope I have gained a bit more power  to take off well. And that's sayonara from me. !!

Let myself down a bit as my energy went into unloading and spreading wet trailer loads of the finest horse poo in the valley into our vege gardens. My forearms became sore arms. and no pushups sadly. Back on board now, and will do the 3000 plus more which was my target. 5 days left to show my thanks to those who donated. Cheers

Got a few more push-ups completed , while being very busy doing other things. Still doing OK total numbers with 4 reps 40,35,35,40. Will I be able to increase my totals without having to increase my reps.? Time will tell. It's a bit like an experiment for me.!

Who would have thought that doing 40,30,30 pushups  over a short period of time every day, (5th day in a row) would reduce the spring in my up cycle. Still, if the donations come in thick and fast, maybe I can up my daily number and exceed 3000 for the month.! Don't be shy and help me surpass my goal. Cheers
