I havent been updating here as most of it has been on social media.
Daily running and a long run on Sunday has pushed me to 84km run and 84 pushups.
Running is slowly becoming easier and the mental endurance is building to a point where i keep running and my feet start dragging a bit with tired legs. Its good.
We keep going
We all have some sort of male figure in our life. Sometimes a routine checkup can give some devastating news.
So,
Last year i did some pushups, this year i will be running 1km for every $ donated and supplement it with a pushup. Support the fellas and donate a dollar or two. You can follow my progress on instagram - @fatboikeepsgoing
I had an uncle pass away from this disease and currently i have someone very special in our life going through this. Im sure many of us know someone somewhere who has gone through similar.
On 26th September i will take part in the Blue Lake 24 hour challenge to top it all off.
Lets show them they are not alone in this. Every bit helps.
