Push for Prostate Cancer 2026

Three wāhine. Thousands of pushups. One important cause.

This September, we're taking on the Blue September Push-Up Challenge to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer.

Between us we're a volunteer firefighter, two nurses, and three CrossFit enthusiasts. We're also daughters, partners, sisters, nieces, cousins, friends and colleagues who deeply care about the tāne in our lives. Every day, in different ways, we see the importance of looking after the people we love and our wider community.

We're doing this challenge for the dads, husbands, brothers, sons, uncles, cousins, mates, workmates and all the incredible men who make a difference in our lives.

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in New Zealand men. The money raised will help fund life-saving research, improve diagnosis and treatment, provide support for those affected, and encourage more men to have conversations and get tested when they need to.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a difference and keeps us motivated through every rep.

Please support our team by donating today. Together, let's push back against prostate cancer—one push-up at a time.
