Will you support me this Blue September? Let's tackle prostate cancer together

Why I’m Supporting Blue September

I’m proud to be organising the Pukekohe Blue September Community Morning Tea in support of Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand.

This is a cause that means a great deal to me. Prostate cancer affects not only the men who are diagnosed, but also their partners, families, friends and the wider community. I wanted to do something locally that could help raise both awareness and much-needed funds.

On Wednesday 30 September 2026, we’re bringing our community together at Robert Harris Pukekohe from 10:30am to 11:30am for a relaxed morning tea, good conversation and a very important cause.

My goal is simple: to encourage men to take their health seriously, help get people talking about prostate cancer, and raise as much as we can to support the work of Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand.

This may be a small community event, but I believe small actions can make a meaningful difference when people come together.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who attends, donates, provides a prize, shares the fundraiser or supports us in any way.

Together, let’s turn Pukekohe blue this September and help make a difference for Kiwi men and their families.
