Team Prost-FIT – Moving Together for Blue September
We’re a team made up of class members, physiotherapists, and supporters from the Wellington Prost-FIT class – the only one of its kind in the region. Together, we’re fundraising for Blue September to help raise awareness of prostate cancer and support the continuation of our weekly class.
Each of us is doing something to stay active throughout the month – whether it’s walking, stretching, swimming, or simply moving in ways that suit our individual abilities. Because we know that movement matters, especially in the management of cancer.
Our goal is to raise $300, enough to fund physiotherapy sessions and keep this vital service going. Every donation helps us push forward – for our health, for our mates, and for the future of men’s wellbeing in Aotearoa.

Your support helps provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to, along with research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer.
