Push for Prostate Cancer

I'm doing push-ups this Blue September. Show your support, let's tackle prostate cancer together

This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates.

Here's the gameplan:

I smash out heaps of push-ups throughout the month to inspire you to dig deep towards life-saving research and support.

Let's tackle prostate cancer together. Donate now. Because prostate cancer is killing people in our community. It's the most diagnosed cancer for blokes in NZ.

Your support helps provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to, along with research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer.

Supporting Movement, Supporting Men – Blue September Fundraiser

Monday 1st Sep

Hi, I’m Daisy Hutton, a physiotherapist passionate about the power of movement in managing cancer. I run the only weekly class in Wellington dedicated to supporting men’s health through exercise during their journey with prostate cancer and this Blue September, I’m taking it a step further.

I’m doing a daily pushup challenge, aiming to complete 739 pushups by the end of the month – one for every Kiwi man who loses his life to prostate cancer each year. It’s a small but meaningful way to honour them and raise awareness.

My goal is to raise $300, which helps cover the cost of physiotherapy sessions and supports the incredible work of Blue September. Every dollar helps keep these vital services running and ensures more men get the support they need.

Let’s move for a cause. Let’s push for change.

Tackle prostate cancer together.

Thank you to My Supporters
