This September I've set myself an epic fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates.
This hits close to home as my Pāpa was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in 2023 and required surgery being stage 3.
He's still facing challenges today, with fatigue, and from being a relatively active man on his bike and being told he cannot do any until he gets cleared due the site and pain still associated with the surgery makes sense that I come and do what he loved most being out on his bike.
Raising awareness, because so many men will go unchecked and this cancer can be left undetectable for some until the later stages.
