Push for Prostate Cancer 2026
This year, I’m taking part in Push for Prostate Cancer 2026 to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ and raise awareness and funds for a cause that has become particularly personal to me.
Prostate cancer affects far too many families, and with my own father recently battling the disease, this challenge means a lot to me.
Throughout September, I’ll be doing at least 739 press-ups. One for each of the 739 men who die from prostate cancer each year.
But I’m planning to push myself beyond the 739…
So here’s the question, how many should I aim for? 🤔💪
800? 1,000? 1,500? Or should I really challenge myself?
Whatever number I settle on, every press-up will be for the men and families affected by prostate cancer.
