This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates.

Here's the gameplan:

I am going to smash out heaps of push-ups throughout the month to remember those great men impacted by this disease - the ones who have been able to have had successful treatment and those who have lost their lives -  they will never be forgotten.  Also it is to support their whanau and to support research and awareness.  

Let's tackle prostate cancer together. Because more needs to be done to fight prostate cancer in our community. It's the most diagnosed cancer for blokes in NZ.  That needs to change.  

Your support helps provide research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer, along with support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to.
