So this September myself and my team at work have set ourselves a challenge to raise awareness and give support to a great cause.Β
Weβll each be smashing out at least 739 push-ups throughout the month to inspire you to dig deep and help fund life-saving research and support.
Your support helps provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to, along with research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer.
