I'm doing push-ups this Blue September. Show your support, let's tackle prostate cancer together

This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates.

Here's the gameplan:

I smash out heaps of push-ups throughout the month to inspire you to dig deep towards life-saving research and support.

Let's tackle prostate cancer together. Donate now. Because prostate cancer is killing people in our community. It's the most diagnosed cancer for blokes in NZ.

Your support helps provide research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer, along with support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to.

Donate now.

Tomorrow, It Begins πŸ’ͺ

Monday 31st Aug

Tomorrow I officially begin my 739 Push-Up Challenge.Over the next month, I'll be completing 739 push-ups to raise awareness for prostate cancer and the impact it has on men and their families.I've spent the last several weeks preparing for this challenge. There have been good training days and some difficult ones, but I've kept going and I'm finally at the point where it's time to put that preparation to the test. This challenge isn't about being the strongest or doing everything perfectly. It's about showing up, pushing through something difficult, and using it to raise awareness.I'll also be taking Sundays off from push-ups for religious reasons, meaning I'll need to average around 30 push-ups on the other days to reach 739.Tomorrow, Day 1, starts with 30 push-ups.739 is a big number. But I don't need to do all 739 tomorrow.Just 30. One day at a time. One push-up at a time. πŸ’™Let's do this.

Tackle prostate cancer together.
