This September the team at Highbury House have set a fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our fathers, sons, husbands, dads and friends.

Here's the gameplan:

We will smash out heaps of push-ups throughout the month to inspire you to dig deep towards life-saving research and support.
