This September Fitzone has set fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates.
Here's the gameplan:
We smash out 1800 push-ups throughout the month in teams of 3 to inspire you to dig deep towards life-saving research and support. It's 20 pushups each per day but can take more for your team if needed and they do less.

Your support helps provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to, along with research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer.
