This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates. 

Here's the gameplan:

I have a baseline of 1000 push ups to hit. But there's a twist! I will do an additional push up for every dollar that is donated :)

Here's a light-hearted not PC prostate joke that I'll try to update every time I log an entry:

"Prostate cancer has a lot of positives that don’t get enough press. For instance, one of the plusses of prostate cancer is that I now have a significantly reduced chance of a staff infection."
