Doing Push-Ups for Dad: Early Checks Save Lives

This September, I’m taking on a fundraising challenge to help beat prostate cancer, support our blokes, and honor my dad.

My dad lost his battle with prostate cancer after putting off seeing a doctor when his symptoms first started. By the time he was diagnosed, his treatment options were severely limited. I don't want other families to go through that. I’m doing this to raise vital awareness so men—especially those over 50—don't delay and get checked regularly. Early detection saves lives.

Here’s the gameplan:

I’m smashing out heaps of push-ups throughout September to raise awareness and inspire you to dig deep for life-saving research and support.

Prostate cancer is the most diagnosed cancer for men in New Zealand, but together, we can tackle it.

Your donation funds critical research into diagnosing and treating prostate cancer, while providing essential care for families navigating a diagnosis. Most importantly, you'll be helping get the word out so blokes know the signs and get tested early.

Please donate today. Let's do this for our dad, our mates, and our community.
