Push for Prostate Cancer 2026

Going maximum throttle for men’s health this Blue September doing push ups.

We are a driven crew of colleagues fundraising for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand this Blue September.
Us blokes will happily talk for hours about rugby, work, or the price of fuel, but the moment routine health screenings come up, the room goes dead quiet. We want to normalise prostate appointments and self-checks—making them as standard as running a system update or checking the oil in the Ute.
But to be crystal clear, checking your stats is strictly a do-it-yourself audit. We are a tight-knit team, but we aren't that close. Drop the awkwardness, book a GP visit, and stay in the game.
To earn your donations, our team is going "balls to the wall" to smash out a minimum of 739 push-ups each this month—one rep for every Kiwi man tragically lost to prostate cancer annually (with some overachievers aiming for 100 a day).
Given our current baseline conditioning, this will be a massive test. By week three, you may need to adjust your monitor settings to accommodate the sheer, borderline-intimidating mass of our biceps on video calls.
Every dollar goes straight to life-saving research and wrap-around support. Because we expect peak physical dominance by late September, we are introducing the "Bicep Tax." Standard donations are highly encouraged, but if our progress photos trigger a sudden sense of physical inadequacy or intense professional admiration, we expect a mandatory top-up donation to match the flex.

Please hit that donate button and back Balls to the Wall.

Anyone—including the ladies—is welcome to join the team and help us promote!
