Rowing and push up challenge
My Dad was a fit bloke and it still got him. Checking early and getting good advice is crucial. The blokes at the prostate cancer support groups we went to were a great source of info and support and I want to make people aware of the good work they do- much of it voluntary.
Since my dad passed away I have embraced fitness again and I want to do this challenge to continue on this path of strength and awareness and wellness. I will row an average of 7 kms and do 50 push ups for all of September. That's 210 k rowing and 1500 push ups.
((Donate now. Because prostate cancer is killing people in our community. It's the most diagnosed cancer for blokes in NZ.
Your support helps provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more blokes know to get tested when they need to, along with research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer.
