This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help spread awareness for prostate cancer and support our mates.
Here's the gameplan:
I push myself for the benefit of life-saving research and support the families in need, feel the hurt for the men in our lives that are fighting their own battles.
Let's tackle prostate cancer together. Donate now. Because prostate cancer is killing people in our community. It's the most diagnosed cancer for us blokes in NZ.
This year Im raising the stakes and pushing myself for accountability….
The Challenge:
No Alcohol
No Junk food including takeaways.
Run a 100km month - approx 3km run per day.
Cycle a 100km month - approx 3km bike ride per day.
50 press ups per day
50 sit-ups
1st September I will weigh in and a guess the final weight challenge will be up for grabs…
Most of all my goal of informing as many people as I can to raise awareness and hopefully encouraging the men in our lives to get a check !!!
Please if nothing else, just let your guard down and get a health check your family needs you !
Every breach that I have will cost me $10 fine which I will pay. Special spot prizes drawn at end of the month for all my sponsors to have a chance to win for your generous support.
