Push for Prostate Cancer

Blue September health challenge for mens health

This September I'm challenging myself to do something for my own health and give back for mens health in Aotearoa.

Anybody who knows me is probably aware that I'm not a huge fan of exercise, but I do love sugary treats. So to really challenge myself I am trying the Blue September push ups challenge alongside going sugar free for the month  (https://www.gosugarfree.co.nz) so I'm going to have to fuel those push ups with real food.

Every year in Aotearoa an average of 739 men die from Prostate Cancer. My motivation for this challenge is to honour each and every one of those men, our brothers and fathers, and to help progress the fight against cancer. I hope I can count on your support.
