This September I've set myself an epic fundraising challenge to help bring down prostate cancer and support our mates. 

Here's the gameplan: 

I ride a heaps long distance in ITALY to inspire you to dig deep towards lifesaving education, research and support.

Day 1... not a great start to bikepacking in Italy

Monday 11th Aug

September is now only 3 weeks away and my plans need updating. First off is to be a bikepacking adventure on the Torino Nice Rally route... the rifugios close mid-Sept, and yummy food is my fuel!

Tuesday 15th Jul

Training has been underway since I returned from Italy (in Sept '24) where a tumble off my bike messed a bit with my knee flesh... stitches stopped further riding there. I have unfinished "business"... to ride the Stelvio Pass, the Trans Dolomiti, Turin - Nice and the Tuscany Trail. Along with time in the saddle (of my standing bike, because it's too cold outside in Arthur's Pass), I have been slogging away at learning Italian.
