2100 goal achieved. I need a new shirt! 🤗 thank you all!

I achieved 1800 my minimum goal yesterday and trying to eke out another 300 before 1st of October! Not easy when you are travelling but still motivated. 😎

Last week of the challenge. I am on par to reach 1800+ hopefully I can reach 2100! Thank you all for your support! I will push myself there!! 💪💪

1/3 way through and been trying to break 70 pushups a day but some days I have been not making it to 60-65. Total 650! Will do my best to make minimum 1800 but the target is 2100! Let’s do this!

I have been doing about 40 push ups daily until July and increased to 55 in August. And now aim is to 60 per day (morning) and additional top ups so I can average out 70 a day. 

Currently doing the push ups at a prostate cancer conference in Brisbane!

I am privileged to be able to care for those who are living with prostate cancer. I see it up close and personal. Some of my patients are someone I have known for years and there are some who I only get to meet for some months. I feel it is important that I give myself to those in need, not only to offer the treatments they deserve but to share the emotional journey they go through. Men are often silent sufferers and they do deserve to be heard and supported. I really do hope these pushups I am doing can provide that little bit of extra help they deserve! Go strong!! 💪
