This September I've set myself a fundraising challenge to do 333 push-ups (no less than) each day throughout the month to help support the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ.
Here's the gameplan:
I smash out 333 push-ups each day throughout the month and hopefully we can dig deep towards supporting life-saving research and support. Minor plot twist is I am in Japan for the first 12 days of the month so will have to adapt and make things work to get the mahi done!
To keep up and make sure I'm doing it right, I'll document it (not all of it don't worry, that would be painful to watch) and do 6 sets of 50 and 1 set of 33 push ups. On the last day, I will do 10 extra, as 333 x 30 is 9990 and we don't want to come up short.
Your support helps provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. Plus you'll be helping raise awareness so more people (especially men) know to get tested when they need to, along with research into treating and diagnosing prostate cancer.
Why am I doing this? I had some interesting bum stuff happen earlier this year (nothing fun and it all turned out absolutely fine thankfully) but it was all very uncomfortable and getting it sorted was something I put off for a long time which was ridiculous really, but I got it all checked out and it wasn't all that bad we are brand new now! Plus, I love a challenge.
Thank you for your support!
