I'm doing push-ups this Blue September. Please show your support, let's tackle prostate cancer together
This September, I've set myself a fundraising challenge to help support those dealing with prostate cancer.
What I have to do: 1,500 push-ups. 50 a day. Following my recent surgery there are some exercises I am supposed to avoid, but push-ups I can do.
What you can do: Donate.
I am one of the lucky ones. But on average 739 men lose their life to prostate cancer in New Zealand each year and it's the most diagnosed cancer for men in New Zealand.
Your support will help provide support for people affected by a diagnosis. And you'll be helping raise awareness, so more men know to get tested early.
