Brandon’s Push-up Challenge for Prostate Cancer

Hey, I’m Brandon – I’m passionate about fitness and pushing limits, but this September, I’m pushing for something bigger.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 Kiwi men – fathers, brothers, uncles, friends. It’s the most common cancer for men in New Zealand, and early detection saves lives. But many men don’t talk about it, don’t get checked, and don’t know the risk until it’s too late.

That’s why this Blue September, I’m taking on a challenge:

I’m doing 5,000 push-ups to raise awareness and money for prostate cancer research and support services. Every push-up represents the fight that thousands of men face — and your donation can help them win it.

💙 Where the money goes 💙

Your donation supports the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ, funding:

Free support for men and their families Life-saving research Awareness campaigns to get men checked early

Together, we can make a difference.

Please donate what you can — even $5 helps. Let’s fight for men’s health, one push-up at a time.

Thank you for supporting me and the cause.
