The pouring rain did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm of the club members that turned up to support the Blue September event - the organiser Mark Hill hopes will turn into an annual event. The start point was Papakura and the journey will end in Raglan for lunch and an auction of "something blue" - from bike jackets to something practical like Sophie and her bucket - who is volunteering her services to clean the lucky auction winner's bike. 

  "The Blue September cause is close to our hearts and the club wants to get the awareness up as we all have families.  If the club members don't get tested this month, I'll dance on their doorstep naked..." (Mark Hill)
