Jonny Reid Gets Blue

Racing driver Jonny Reid is supporting Blue September. From a well-known New Zealand racing family, Jonny loves racing and know the value of his health in keeping at the top of his game in this competitive industry. Although he has know personal history with prostate cancer in his family, Jonny is supporting Blue September to help get the world out to men to be aware and get checked.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand is also promoting awareness of Testicular Cancer this year (click here for more information), which typically effects younger men. Jonny encourages men at all ages to get proactive about their health.

“Prevention is the key, inspiring family members and getting your friends to go for regular check-ups. It is something that can just pop up and regular checks are your safe-guard. Testicular cancer can be detected in guys 20, 30 and above – which falls into my age group as well, so definitely relevant for young guys too”
